Waiter/Waitress - Hilton Prague

Waiters and Waitresses are responsible for welcoming and serving guests in Hilton Prague restaurants. Your week will have a 40 working hours.

As a Waiter or Waitress, you may be assigned to work across any of our hotel F&B venues. The work and responsibilities can be divided into these section:

1. Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Create a positive first impression by engaging with guests, offering detailed menu advice, and addressing allergies or dietary needs with care.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently, ensuring orders are accurate, service meets expectations, and any issues are promptly resolved with supervisory support if needed.

2. Great Working Environment

• Work effectively with the F&B team to make sure operations run smoothly, contributing to a supportive, inclusive and motivational working environment for all Team Members.

3. Day-To-Day Essentials

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene regulations, and maintain cleanliness in all guest and work areas throughout the shift.
• Accurately record transactions, handle billing and cash per guidelines, assist with inventory restocking, and provide feedback to improve guest and team experiences.

We’re looking for someone with passion for food and beverage. Full training is provided so previous experience isn’t essential, basic awareness of POS and F&B systems would be advantageous.

• Guest focus, maintaining high standards of authentic service to create memorable guest experiences every time.
• Excellent communication skills to create connections with diverse customers and share information clearly
• Great teamwork and a positive attitude 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and focused under pressure.
• Fluent in written and speaking English and Czech/Slovak

Where we are looking:

1. Atrium - breakfast restaurant (morning shifts). We are looking for an experienced and reliable Waiter for our breakfast operation, with shifts starting at 6:00am.

2. Seasons - Fine-dining Restaurant (evening shifts). Wine knowledge an advantage.

3. Executive Lounge - We are looking for a skilled waiter/waitress to join our team and provide our guests with a unique experience in the luxurious environment of the Executive Lounge on the 8th floor.

4. Cloud 9 - Sky Bar (evening shifts). Great communication skills and previous experience in the catering industry is a must.

• This position is full-time and will require working weekend and/or evening shifts. 
• Position requirements also include being able to walk and stand for hours and the ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
