What you help us with:

  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source candidates in Czech Republic
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates' qualifications for roles like truck drivers, painters, and electricians
  • Collaborate with our International Sales Consultant and our Managing Director to ensure seamless recruitment processes
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
  • Schedule interviews and liaise between candidates and clients
  • Accurately document candidate profiles in our systems

These skills help you to succeed:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), additional Czech is a bonus
  • Proven experience in international recruitment, with a focus on Czech Republic
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, recruitment software, or ATS systems is a plus
