Job Description :

Algoteque is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise container platform built on Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes. This role is pivotal in delivering reliable, scalable, and secure container infrastructure solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.Location: Hybrid (1 day/week in the office)Office locations: Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Pardubice – Czech Republic Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and deploy production-grade OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters.Manage and optimize the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Ansible and Terraform.Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.Implement Red Hat best practices for security and compliance.Collaborate with development teams on containerization strategies.Troubleshoot complex platform and application issues.Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team.

Profile / Requirements :

Core SkillsDeep understanding of OpenShift/Kubernetes architecture.Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).Expertise with container technologies (Podman, CRI-O).Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).Experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash.
