Staňte se součástí týmu, který buduje novou kapitolu na českém trhu. Pro nově vzniklou českou entitu mezinárodního stavebního dodavatele, hledáme Cost Manažera/ku. 

Popis pozice:
  • Technická a administrativní kompletace nabídek
  • Zajištění všech potřebných podkladů pro poptávky dodavatelů
  • Rozpočtování: určení konstrukcí, výkonů a materiálů podle projektové dokumentace
  • Výpočet jednotkových cen a nákladů na základě ceníků nebo vlastních kalkulací
  • Příprava podkladů pro další fáze stavby
  • Kontrola přesnosti a správnosti zpracovaných rozpočtů
Profil kandidáta:
  • Uvítáme jak juniornější kandidáty s ukončeným vysokoškolským vzděláním stavebního zaměření, tak i zkušenější cost managery
  • Ovládáte AutoCAD
  • Dorozumíte se anglicky (převážně psaná forma, B1 úroveň)
