About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in performance marketing to lead the development and execution of our innovative AI/ML product. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to drive product strategy, foster business growth, and oversee product innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and overseeing product development from conception to execution.
  • Establish and maintain key partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.
  • Use data and user feedback to guide product innovation and optimize the user experience.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of effective strategies for market entry, growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage day-to-day product operations, ensuring the product evolves in line with market trends and customer demands.
  • Be proactive in understanding how to effectively sell products, including customer acquisition strategies and working alongside the marketing team to drive performance.

Qualifications:

  • SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE: Proven track record in product development and scaling, preferably in the AI/ML or e-commerce space.
  • STRATEGIC THINKING: Ability to analyze data, think critically, and develop actionable strategies to drive growth and user satisfaction.
  • PURFORMANCE MARKETING KNOWLEDGE: Solid understanding of performance marketing, including how to build and manage funnels, as well as understanding of customer acquisition processes.
  • LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE: Strong leadership skills with experience inspiring and motivating teams towards shared goals.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN: A deep understanding of business fundamentals, including finance, marketing, and operations.
  • TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • PRODUCT MASTERY: Deep experience with product development in SMB segments, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
  • LANGUAGES: Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is required.
  • SEGMENT EXPERIENCE: Experience in B2C or SMB segments is highly preferred due to the fast-paced nature of the business. Experience in Enterprise segments is not as suitable due to the slower pace of development in that area.
