Co tě u nás čeká?

Recruitment: zejména na pozice zdravotních sester, recepčních, pracovníků optik prostřednictvím různých zdrojů, včetně sociálních sítí, spolupráce se školami a jobfairs. Hledáme někoho, kdo se nebojí být i kreativní a kdo umí aktivně oslovovat potenciální kandidáty.

Do zdravotnictví tě zaškolíme a na kreativitu máme marketing

People care: Poskytování odborného poradenství a naslouchání potřebám zaměstnanců. Spolupráce s vedoucími týmů na řešení záležitostí týkajících se jejich týmů i jednotlivců, aby vše hladce fungovalo. Na pobočky jezdíme i osobně, takže hledáme někoho, koho baví práce v kanceláři i občasně v terénu.

Cílem je, abychom byli našim zaměstnancům i vedoucím pracovníkům blíž.

Onboarding a offboarding: Organizace hladkého procesu onboardingu a offboardingu zaměstnanců, sledování life cycle zaměstnanců (výročí, narozeniny), aby každý nový zaměstnanec měl skvělý start a každý odcházející měl prostor dát nám zpětnou vazbu.

Chceme se zlepšovat a nespokojit se jen s tím, že něco funguje.

Co očekáváme:

  • SŠ/VŠ vzdělání
  • Min. 5 let praxe v personalistice, náborech a péči o zaměstnance + přehled o pracovním právu – potřebujeme někoho, kdo už má zkušenosti a ví, jak na to.
  • sdílení našich hodnot, jako je týmovost, zájem o druhé, chuť věci posouvat, pozitivní mindset, schopnost hledat cesty nikoli důvody „proč to nejde“
  • Empatii a schopnost naslouchat potřebám a přáním zaměstnanců – chceme, aby se naši zaměstnanci cítili vyslyšeni a podporováni.
  • Kreativní myšlení, kultivovaný psaný projev v českém jazyce
  • ŘP sk. B – aktivní řidič.
