Investment Analyst

Our M&A team is looking for an Investment Analyst to help with our growing pipeline of deals.

• Analyze investment targets; independently conduct valuation (multiples, DCF, LBO, historical transactions), company, market and competition analysis

• Perform ad hoc analyses to support the strategic decision making of PPF Group

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and advisors

• Synthesize analytical conclusions into presentations for PPF Group leadership 

• Has ca. two years of relevant experience in Private equity / Investment banking / Corporate finance / Consulting

• Has excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Has excellent communication skills, both towards internal and external stakeholders

• Has proven financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, PowerPoint experience

• Takes responsibility for own workstream with senior oversight

• Is proficient in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Czech language is not required

• Knows how to use Bloomberg terminal / Capital IQ for M&A related purposes

• Fast paced, intellectually challenging environment with a steep learning curve in one of the largest investment houses in Europe with €44b AUM

• Ability to regularly work on large international deals, across many industries and geographies, and gain holistic experience covering the whole investment process

• Engagement on strategic topics and initiatives of PPF Group portfolio companies
