About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Strategist to join our team at Omada. As a key member of our People & Culture Department, you will play a crucial role in driving employee growth and organizational development.

In this senior-level position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing people programs that translate strategic visions into tangible outcomes. You will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to foster a culture of learning, performance, and development across the organization.

Your primary focus will be on creating frameworks and initiatives that drive employee growth and organizational development. This includes developing and executing action plans based on employee engagement surveys, creating clear career path frameworks, and owning the internal training program.

You will also serve as a trusted advisor on organizational and cultural matters, providing coaching and mentorship to leaders to foster a high-performing leadership culture.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop people programs that align with business goals
  • Develop and execute action plans based on employee engagement surveys
  • Create clear career path frameworks to support employee growth and retention
  • Owning the internal training program, including monitoring its effectiveness and refining it to ensure impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational and cultural matters
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record (5-8 years) in developing and implementing strategic people projects that make a difference. You should be an individualist and a team-player, able to take responsibility for driving your projects and ensuring their implementation.

You will also need to have a high level of integrity, be able to establish professional relationships, and pay attention to details. Additionally, you should be innovative and think out of the box, bringing a different approach to people growth than the classical one.

A bachelor or master's degree in HRM, Organizational Development, or a similar field is required. Experience from a midsize international software organization is an advantage.
