Chief IT Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief IT Educator to join our Learning & Development Center at NIX Tech Kft.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective IT training programs, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

• Design and develop comprehensive IT training courses, including curriculum development, instructional design, and delivery.
• Conduct teaching sessions with students, providing hands-on instruction and feedback.
• Mentor students, providing guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create new IT courses from scratch, incorporating modern educational technologies and methodologies.
• Develop educational materials, including theory, practice, tests, and study cases.
• Implement gamification techniques to enhance learner engagement and motivation.
• Participate in improving existing NIX educational courses, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science principles and concepts.
• Technical expertise in at least one of the following fields: Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JS, or Python.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to process and interpret skills matrices and requirements for candidates taught in these courses.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a proactive approach to tasks completion.
• Experience in education or training, preferably in an IT-related field.
