- We seek an IT Systems Administrator to manage our company's IT infrastructure.
About the Role:
- Setup and configure Azure cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networks.
- Implement and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) for optimal performance and user experience.
- Manage user identities and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365 Admin Center.
- Monitor IT ticket progress and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system uptime.
- Contribute to IT system enhancements, planning, and cost savings initiatives.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Significant experience in IT support and systems administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of administering Azure resources and services.
- Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop and user identity management.
- Networking expertise (firewalls, VPNs, wireless setup).
- Understanding of IT security and compliance best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Desirable Experience:
- AZURE ADMINISTRATOR CERTIFICATION
- SCRIPTING OR AUTOMATION SKILLS (POWERSHELL, PYTHON)
- ABILITY TO PLAN AND OPTIMIZE SCALABLE IT SOLUTIONS
