Business Operations Manager

This role is responsible for ensuring the compliance of our organization with a European tax reporting directive. As a key team member, you will manage a reporting team and coordinate with other departments to gather data and execute quarterly reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the reporting team in understanding and reviewing CESOP information.
  • Manage triggers for regulatory reporting change and perform impact assessments.
  • Oversee activities performed by EY Team and sign-off on reporting solutions.
  • Process sign-offs through governance and attest that control environments are robust.
  • Communicate key findings from reported data to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with regulators on new or existing reports.
Required Skills:
  • Risk management expertise.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PPT.
