We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an End User Computing Engineer Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work in an international team, learn from experienced professionals, and gain valuable skills in cloud and infrastructure management.

Job Description
  • First Level Diagnosis and Troubleshooting
    • Perform first-level diagnosis of technical issues related to Windows Operating System, Unix systems, Office 365 product suite, and other IT systems.
    • Use various tools and processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactive Monitoring and Incident Management
    • Monitor servers for availability, capacity usage, hardware and OS errors, and failures.
    • Initiate problem investigations and analysis for complicated issues.
  • Level 2 Support and Service Request Handling
    • Handle second-level incidents and service requests routed by L1 Service Desk.
    • Test fixes provided by L1/L2 teams before closing incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System (Windows 11 & Windows 10) and Unix systems.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 product suite- Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • BASIC knowledge of Active directory SCCM, Citrix, Scripts, Application packaging.
  • BASIC understanding of software deployment and troubleshooting process.
  • Understanding of Networking skills in IT like Knowledge of ADFS, AD DS, DNS and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of Windows PowerShell scripts.
  • BASIC knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.
  • Conceptual knowledge of storage, backup, and database.
