Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Electronics Quality Engineer to join our team in supporting the development of high-quality electronic devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of new and existing products to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate FMEA workshops with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with various departments involved in product development to ensure high-quality designs and manufacturing processes.
  • Lead design reviews of products under development, utilizing Design FMEA to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coach the development team on the application of FMEA methodology and best practices.
  • Consult on R&D projects to identify opportunities for quality improvement and introduce innovative solutions to enhance design and process efficiency.
  • Share expertise and knowledge between development sites to promote consistency and excellence in quality management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics or Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical role (Quality, Engineering, or R&D).
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze technical data and identify trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
