At Unisystech Consulting Inc., we're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for IT and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social networks
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs

We value strong relationships with our candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This includes guiding candidates through the application process, from initial contact to onboarding.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT professionals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications, ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • More than 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting skilled candidates in the IT and Technology sector on the Polish market
  • Experience in sourcing candidates using various channels
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruiting goals
