Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of Beauty Consultants to achieve exceptional sales results and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations, effective inventory management, and excellent customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize store performance and efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining a high-quality merchandise presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods sector.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandise presentation, and store layout.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages an asset.
