Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. This role involves the accurate execution of the payroll process for assigned entities, ensuring timely and error-free payments.

Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll data, adhering to instructions from various departments and input from internal/external systems.
  • Liaise with payroll providers for outsourced processing where applicable.
  • Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) regarding payroll-related matters.
  • Monitor employee status changes, making necessary deductions based on local tax legislation.
  • Responsible for payroll balances and controls at input and output.
  • Collaborate with other departments on payroll-related projects and participate in audit activities.
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members as required.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken), with additional languages being an advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll processing, either in-house or streamlined.
  • Strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Participation in various projects.
  • Degree in accounting, business, or finance-related field.
  • Experience working in an international environment.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
