About the Job

We are seeking a Financial Services Specialist with expertise in French to work on various projects related to interbank communication. The successful candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, or banking and be able to communicate effectively in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Investigation and regularization work including confirmation of executions, accounting regularizations, returns of funds, changes to instructions, requests for sorting, copies of supporting documents etc.
  2. Direct contact with Client's employees and other banks via phone, email and system messages in French and English
  3. Identifying changes and improvements to be implemented
Requirements:
  • Accounting skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of SWIFT
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and CRM tools
