Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service through email and phone channels to our high-profile client.

Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken Turkish is required, while intermediate level of written and verbal English is also necessary.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the call center or customer service industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, good analytical and organizational skills, and high school diploma or equivalent are essential.
