We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead UX/UI Designer who can shape the future of digital products.

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio that showcases work on complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) and a solid understanding of digital banking and financial services.
  • Solid knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Jira project management tool.

As a Lead UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and owning the holistic design vision from ideation to execution.
  • Leading and mentoring a design team, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals.
  • Creating and communicating design decisions via wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Presenting and pitching design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitating workshops with business, analysts, and tech teams to translate requirements into user-centered solutions.
  • Promoting consistency and quality across the team's design work.
  • Supporting team performance and professional growth through active leadership and feedback.
