We are seeking an IT Trainer/Mentor to join our Learning & Development Center. Our goal is to create new and improve existing IT courses to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver group teaching sessions with students.
• Mentor students in their career development.
• Develop new IT courses from scratch (conceptualization to launch) in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Create curriculums and educational plans that meet the organization's objectives.
• Analyze skill matrices and requirements for candidates taking these courses.
• Design educational materials (theory, practice, tests and case studies).
• Implement innovative educational technologies into corporate education.
• Foster engaging learning experiences through gamification.
• Contribute to the improvement of NIX educational programs.
• Offer training guidance and support to teachers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Computer Science.
• Analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Multitasking and time management abilities.
• Technical knowledge in Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python or Automation QA.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
