We are seeking a skilled Video Content Reviewer to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing user-generated video content to ensure it meets community standards. This includes monitoring videos, audio, comments, and links to identify and remove inappropriate content. Additionally, they will enforce content guidelines, handle user appeals, and work with their team to foster a safe and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Moderation: Monitor and review user-generated video content to ensure compliance with community standards.
  • Guideline Enforcement: Ensure all content, including images and titles, adheres to platform rules.
  • User Support: Manage user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation actions.
  • Trend Monitoring: Track user trends and potential risks, adjusting moderation strategies as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Share insights to improve moderation tools and practices.

Requirements:

  • C1/C2 level proficiency in Czech
  • C1 level proficiency in English
  • EU citizenship or Greek residency card
  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
