This role involves leading technical change within an area or platform while advocating for a talented team of software and QA engineers.

You will focus on designing scalable, high-performance solutions while mentoring team members and influencing the technical direction of the organization.

  • Coding Standards: Define and enforce coding standards, review code for quality, and establish best practices for software development leveraging available tech-stack and tooling.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide less experienced engineers, promoting technical growth and skill development across the team.
  • Technical Design: Take ownership of complex software problems and produce high-quality technical designs which align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft .NET stack & technologies.

Key Skills:

  • Microsoft .NET Stack: Strong experience and knowledge of the latest technologies.
  • Software Development Processes: Proven experience in defining technical processes based on tooling that supports maximising developer output and quality.
  • Technical Mentorship: Technical mentorship of Software Developers of different experience levels.
