We are currently looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Apps Services department at Sopra Steria, the Golden Partner of ServiceNow.

As a key member of an international team, you will work closely with our foreign client in the telecommunications industry on developing and improving the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution/technical design based on customers' requirements
  • Implementation, deployment, and maintenance of features
  • Delivery of complex solutions during the implementation of ServiceNow products
  • Active participation in communication with the client and advisory role
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in ServiceNow development
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience in upgrading software (ServiceNow, SAP, Remedy, HPSM)
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow products
  • English language skills - B2/C1 level
  • Very good communication skills
  • Proactivity, ownership, and self-management
  • Engineer's degree in computer science or related field
  • Ability to travel abroad and to our office in Katowice
Nice to Have Requirements

In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Knowledge of ITIL and experience working with ITIL processes
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Automated test framework experience
  • Certificates in the field of ServiceNow
  • GIT experience
