Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and taking orders. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Italian, and Spanish.

You will work closely with our team to prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
