We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and work on AI-based solutions. You'll be based in Warsaw and have the option to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week at the office).

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to building platforms that automate dependency upgrades, streamline code refactoring, and ensure applications are always optimized for performance, security, and compatibility. Leveraging AI-driven tools, you'll help transform large-scale distributed systems, improve development workflows, and enhance productivity for thousands of engineers worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality applications using Java or React-Typescript.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
  • Automate code refactoring, dependency upgrades, and migration processes.
  • Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance developer productivity and code quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure as code solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices across the development lifecycle.
  • Work with containerization and cloud platforms to deploy and scale applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
