The Head of Network Security Baselines is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the development and implementation of network security capabilities across HSBC.

This role requires a highly skilled leader who can drive cross-functional teams to implement and maintain a robust and secure operation of network security capabilities.

1. Lead the development and implementation of network security strategies and plans
2. Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of network security capabilities
3. Drive business performance and growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making
4. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels within the organization
5. Support the development of the Global Defence – Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations Team
