Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist with fluency in German to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around 40,000 - 60,000 EUR, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including generous time off, meal allowances, and a MultiSport card.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and handle invoicing with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent written and spoken German, along with communicative English.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma at minimum.
