At Avenga, we're seeking an experienced Transformation Director to lead our organizational change initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic change management plans that drive business growth and improvement.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational change management, with expertise in designing and executing comprehensive change programs that engage stakeholders at all levels. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to address these challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Change Management Plans: Design and execute comprehensive change management plans that align with our business objectives and drive desired outcomes.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners, to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Analyze and Assess Change Readiness: Conduct thorough impact analyses and assess change readiness to identify key stakeholders and communication strategies.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences, ensuring seamless change adoption.
  • Partner with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in organizational change management, preferably in big organizations and IT organizations.
  • Knowledge and experience working with organizational change management practices and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience in working according to Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools such as ADKAR.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field (required).
