We are seeking a talented multidisciplinary motion designer to shape the visual identity of our brand and create engaging motion graphics, UI/UX designs, and 3D assets.

Main Objectives:

• Create short-form reels, explainers, and animated infographics for social media and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Junior Realtor to storyboard, edit, and ship high-impact videos fast.
• Design flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect mockups (Figma) for investor portals, landing pages, and dashboards.
• Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure smooth handoff, responsive layouts, and consistent components.
• Create static visuals: banner ads, deck slides, printables, digital collateral.
• Build simple 3D mockups (charts, logos, buildings) where needed to add motion depth or visual flair.
• Maintain and evolve our brand style guide: typography, motion behavior, colors, icon sets.
• Ensure every visual—from WhatsApp sticker to pitch deck—feels coherent, modern, and premium.
• Translate briefs from marketing, product, and founders into visual ideas.
• Propose creative directions that serve performance: trust, clarity, lead gen.
• Present your work, receive feedback, iterate quickly.
