Job Overview

Our Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of skilled software developers in the Coverage tribe, focusing on building and maintaining our cloud platform. This involves managing the full development lifecycle, collaborating with product counterparts, and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Lead a team of software developers, fostering their growth and development.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Collaborate with product counterparts and other stakeholders to agree on OKRs and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology and resource needs.
  • Be responsible for the hiring process for your team.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills and experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Go, Couchbase, BigQuery, Docker, Kubernetes, Graphite, Grafana, Kibana, and GraphQL technologies.
