Job Title: Senior PMO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Specialist to join our team at emagine Sp. Z o.o. in Gdynia. As a Senior PMO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, programmes, and Agile Release Trains.

About the Role:
  • Experience as a PMO Specialist on medium to large scale projects, hubs or programmes for more than 4 years.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and experience in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling.
  • PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification.
  • Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive demands in the SA based on inputs provided in the RRP streams.
  • Represent SA in the SteerCO meeting for the RRP streams (e.g. BCCM, Infosec etc.).
  • Work with SD Tech Leads to enable the requirement gathering from the central program.
  • Work with SD Tech Leads on the estimation of the efforts needed.
  • Prepare and own the overview of the financials related to RRPs that are coming towards the SA.
  • Work with finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking).
  • Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health).
  • Creating reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting).
  • Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up).
  • Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting).
  • Risk Management.
Requirements:
  • PMI, Project Management certification.
  • SharePoint, Confluence, Jira.
