We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance (QA) Test Lead to spearhead our testing efforts within the Clearing function at Link Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies for regular deliveries and large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Design and develop well-structured test plans and test cases based on industry best practices.
- Oversee the execution of various testing phases, including manual, automated, performance, and capacity testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate test environment and test data preparation.
- Analyze defects throughout the test lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, Cucumber, JIRA, and Git. Additionally, they should possess a solid understanding of performance testing tools, scripting languages such as Java, SQL, Shell, or Python, and familiarity with service virtualization tools and DevOps environments.
Requirements:- Strong background in software development life cycles and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Practical experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Exchange-Traded Derivatives clearing systems or post-trade workflows is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
