Security Guard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team at V.I.P. SECURITY AGENCY s.r.o. as a Retail Store Security Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' outdoor retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the retail store premises to prevent and detect any security breaches
• Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any security incidents in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. law enforcement, security management) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a security-related role; experience in retail security a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable)
