Job Description:

As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of innovative software solutions.

You will oversee a team of engineers to build and implement scalable, cloud-based modelling solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing large-scale backend applications and systems in Python for local and cloud environments;
  • Supporting the development of containerised solutions and CI/CD pipelines for end-to-end automation on cloud-based platforms;
  • Delivering a coding environment that is easy to use, robust, and can be fully reused;
  • Providing automated solutions for fast and agile model build and deployment;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create synergies across different functions and departments;
  • Implementing software strategically, following best practices to ensure solutions address evolving business needs.

Our ideal candidate has experience in designing and building complex systems, strong knowledge of at least three programming languages, and expertise in test-driven development. A degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
