Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the Marketing Function: defining quarterly marketing Rocks, KPIs, and accountability structures, translating business strategy into actionable marketing plans, and building dashboards that reveal truth, not vanity metrics
- Building & Leading the Team: hiring, training, and managing a team of creatives, strategists, and performance marketers, shaping the marketing culture, and conducting weekly standups, 1:1s, and retros that drive performance
- Driving Revenue-Generating Growth: overseeing paid, organic, SEO, and partnership campaigns, optimizing content repurposing, lead magnets, cold traffic, and warm nurture, making decisions based on first principles, not best practices
- Acting as Marketing Architect: building scalable systems and SOPs that make the department run without chaos, testing and refining our content machine, long-form, short-form, pipeline, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, SEO, and Client Success
