Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Laboratory Specialist. As an essential member of the laboratory, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in the development and implementation of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, including ISO, GAMP, and 21 CFR Part 11
  • Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and improve laboratory efficiency
  • Provide expert advice on laboratory techniques and methodologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, or related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory setting
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, including chromatography, spectrometry, and particle analysis
  • Experience with LIMS systems and ELN/LES software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
