Our Mars Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) program is an excellent opportunity for those who want to pursue a career as a CFO or strategic partner in one of the leading FMCG companies.

Mars offers a unique chance to work on various projects, gain knowledge in different areas of finance, and develop essential skills such as analytical thinking and adaptability. The program was designed to train future leaders in the field of finance, and after three years, you will become a versatile business partner with the ability to lead a team or contribute as an individual in a strategic position.

Requirements:

  • Currently completing or having completed a master's degree in finance, economics, or administration no more than 24 months ago
  • Fluency in English
  • Showing readiness for international mobility - the second or third year of the program may involve relocation to another Mars site in Europe
  • Aspiring for continuous development, analytical skills, and adaptability to new environments

Program Details:

  • Over the three years, you will gain experience in various areas of finance (supply finance, market finance, financial control, or digital)
