We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of full-stack developers working on the server-side aspects of residential and commercial video monitoring.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience;
  • At least 12 years of professional software development experience;
  • 5+ years of professional experience managing and mentoring a team of developers;
  • Excellent English language skills and strong verbal and written communication skills;

You will have the opportunity to manage projects that span a variety of technical areas while also leading a team of 10+ software engineers. Your responsibilities will include providing career mentorship to your team, staffing projects, overseeing project timelines, generating work for your team, and performing other duties as assigned.
