Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Specialist to join our team at Link Group. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and system requirements to propose effective IT solutions.

About the Role

This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. You will design, implement, and optimize systems to support research, production, and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and system requirements to propose effective IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Design, implement, and optimize systems to support research, production, and administrative workflows.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance aligns with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements for existing systems.
  • Liaise with developers, database administrators, and vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of new systems.
  • Provide training and support to end users to enhance system utilization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or research industries.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, LIMS, or similar systems used in biotechnology or pharma environments.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Experience with integration platforms and middleware tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance in regulated industries (e.g., GxP, GDPR).
  • Fluency in English is required; German is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000-€80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a sport subscription and private healthcare.
