We are seeking an experienced Senior Offer Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing market dynamics, industry trends, and customer feedback to develop and maintain highly competitive and profitable solution offerings.

Your primary focus will be on digital transformation services utilizing Generative AI, specifically in the Automotive and BFSI industries with a stronger emphasis on BFSI.

">Responsibilities">
  1. ">
  2. Analyze market dynamics, industry trends, and customer feedback to develop and maintain highly competitive and profitable solution offerings.">
  3. Perform in-depth industry analysis to gain insights and co-develop new digital services for the BFSI industry.">
  4. Develop business cases for new services, value proposition, and positioning strategy.">
  5. Translate customer, business, technical, market, and commercial insight into services/solution requirements and work closely with internal R&D teams to convert that into a competitive service offering.">
  6. Work with Marketing team to develop promotional materials for the service line, incorporating value proposition and competitive distinction.">
  7. Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to get customer feedback and determine customer needs.">
