We are growing over 30% annually and are looking for an IT Consultant - CSOD Implementation Specialist to help us accelerate the growth of our Team.

• Providing consulting services for the implementation of CSOD products: Core, Learning, Performance; Succession, and Recruiting.
• Working closely with the sales team and potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
• Designing and presenting tailored solutions that address those needs and demonstrate the value and benefits of the product or service.
• Handling any technical questions or objections that the customers might have, and helping them overcome any barriers to adoption or implementation.
• Providing training, documentation, and feedback to the customers, the sales team, and the product development team.
• Additionally, working as a Technical Consultant (30-40% of FTE), where You will assure CSOD-related incidents investigation and analysis, system support for the application on 2/3 lines of IT support and project support and configuration changes together with other team members for business users and partners.

• English level min. C1

• CSOD or other LMS Experience
• Experience as an Integration Consultant/Consultant of complex software IT solutions (ex. LMS, ERP)
