- About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a highly experienced sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive growth in the HVAC division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, leadership, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute the national sales strategy for the full HVAC portfolio (RAC, LCAC, HP)
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, consumer behavior and distribution channels
- Develop and manage customer business plans (volume, revenue, margin targets)
- Coordinate and develop a 3-person sales team
- Manage pricing and product lifecycle in collaboration with category and product teams
- Oversee and evaluate trade marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI
- Monitor SKU performance, sell-in / sell-out and distribution KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Marketing, Operations, After Sales, Finance, Product Management
- Report and optimize sales, margin, and market share performance
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales (HVAC or related sectors)
- Leadership experience is strongly preferred
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); SAP is an asset
- A commercially driven, strategic mindset with strong relationship building skills
