Key Skills:

We are looking for a skilled professional who possesses the following skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on test automation, preferably as part of a software engineering team.
  • Coding: Proficient in writing clean, maintainable code in object-oriented programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Ruby), strong understanding of React and TypeScript.
  • Automation: Experienced with various automation tools such as Selenium/Selenide, Cypress/Playwright, Postman, performance testing tools.
  • CI/CD: Expertise in continuous integration and deployment tools like GitHub Actions, Spinnaker.
  • Monitoring: Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana).
  • Cloud: Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and technologies like AWS services (S3, Aurora, EKS).
  • Exploratory testing: Manual testing as needed for bug bash, accessibility, security or to support test design and automation.
  • Process: Comfortable with modern workflows and tools like SAFe, Jira, Confluence, Slack, GSuite.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (verbal and written), able to clearly articulate problems and solutions.
  • Mindset: Eagerness to learn new things, improve skills, apply knowledge and suggest solutions whenever possible.
