  • The Payroll Specialist – EMEA will be responsible for the accurate execution of the payroll process for assigned entities. This includes ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and on time for each payroll cycle, processing monthly payroll data, and liaising with payroll providers.

  • This role also involves communicating with various stakeholders, monitoring changes in employee status, making payroll deductions where instructed due to local tax legislation, and participating in audit activities with internal and external parties.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, experience with payroll processing either in-house or through outsourcing, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. A degree in accounting, business, or a finance-related field would be beneficial, as well as experience working in an international environment.
