About the Role

The Head of Software Development will lead a team of engineers to drive technical excellence and innovation. This role involves defining and executing an engineering roadmap to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of software systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an engineering strategy to achieve technical excellence.
  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and manage cross-functional relationships with other departments.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to attract and retain top technical talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading technical teams in a software engineering environment.
  • Strong background in .NET development, including frameworks, libraries, and tools within the .NET ecosystem.
  • Experience working in an environment where QA/testing function balances risk with speed and excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong integration between engineering needs and operations/infrastructure strategy.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
