Job Description

A Junior IT Business Analyst is responsible for facilitating business process analysis, communicating with stakeholders to identify their needs, and designing solutions. They will work on driving business process analysis of conceptual ideas, communicating and ensuring stakeholder engagement, identifying their needs, and designing solutions.

  • Proficiency in English: Upper-Intermediate or above.
  • A minimum of 1 year of commercial experience as an IT Business Analyst/ Requirements Engineer; or at least 1.5 years as Quality Assurance Engineer/ Support Specialist/ or related roles.
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques and theory of software requirements development.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a technical background, facilitation and presentation skills, knowledge of basic computer science, and knowledge of technologies and methods of product quality assurance. Additionally, they should be familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and Draw.io.
