We are seeking an exceptional leader to helm our project teams in the realm of observability.

Job Description

As a seasoned Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in delivering solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Your technical background and expertise in understanding complex systems will serve as a foundation for driving innovation and growth within our organization.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect among team members.
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely project delivery, meet customer needs, and drive business results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, developers, and other technical leaders.

Your role will also involve:

  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborating with the product development team to define project requirements, design architecture, and implement software solutions.
  • Participating in the hiring process, onboarding new employees, and contributing to the employee development process.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a deep understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, Clouds, CI/CD, and Linux.
  • Experience in managing networks, automation tools, QA, and deployments.
