• Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in warehouse operations, manufacturing, and management.
• Key Skills: Advanced English language skills, Microsoft Office expertise, and knowledge of LEAN guidelines.

As a Warehouse Manager at WHC Kft., you will be responsible for managing a professional team of warehouse shift managers and direct reports. Your duties will include:

• Tactical and Operational Planning: Set short-term and long-term objectives for team members and warehouse sub-areas.
• Metrics and Budgeting: Monitor metrics, adjust limits as necessary, and manage budgets related to fixed assets and team operations.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with production planning, purchasing, engineering teams, and other operational areas to ensure efficient and reliable product delivery.
• Inventory Management: Continuously monitor and update inventory levels in line with current global requirements.
