Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing je klíčovou osobou v naší společnosti GLOBAL-ACCOUNTING-SERVICES s.r.o., která se zabývá poskytováním účetních služeb. Tato pozice je zodpovědná za vedení obchodního týmu a zajišťování plnění prodejních plánů.

Úkoly a povinnosti

  • Zastupovat DOSM ve všech jeho povinnostech a úkolech.
  • Úzká spolupráce na vedení obchodního týmu a kontrola plnění prodejních plánů.
  • Hledání nových možností spolupráce a prodejních cest v rámci aktivního salesu.
  • Spolupráce při tvorbě prodejních a marketingových kampaní.
  • Reprezentace společnosti na mezinárodních akcích a podpora pozitivního PR značky.
  • Pravidelná komunikace s obchodními partnery, vedením i týmem, reporting a hodnocení výsledků.

Požadavky

  • Minimálně 3 roky zkušeností na manažerské obchodní pozici v hotelu.
  • Orientace na trhu cestovního ruchu a znalost konkurence.
  • Perfektní znalost angličtiny, němčiny nebo ruštiny je velkou výhodou.
  • Vysokoškolské vzdělání je vítáno a stejně tak i předchozí zkušenost v oblasti lázeňství.
  • Prokazatelné zkušenosti s vedením týmu.
  • Perfektní ekonomický přehled a orientace na výsledky.
  • Řidičský průkaz sk. B a ochota příležitostně cestovat.
