Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our dynamic international team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitable sales of our Tyco Security Products Access Control and Video brands in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and other EE countries.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to drive sales.
  • Organize partner events and assist at trade shows and seminars to promote our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather, analyze, and organize market, partner, and competitor data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with key players, including Facility and Security Managers, Architects, Consultants, and General Contractors.

Requirements:

  • Native Czech/Slovak speaker fluent in English.
  • BSc or MSc in Electrical engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Security industry, preferably Access Control and Video Solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and can-do attitude.
